Soak your feet for 5-10 minutes in warm water to soften your skin. Then, wet the pumice stone and gently rub it over your heels using a circular motion. If you don’t have the time to soak your feet regularly, just use the pumice stone after showering when your skin is softest. Follow with a deeply nourishing Lotion Bar.

Storage

Allow to dry between uses. Clean your Pumice Stone using a brush to scrub all sides and rinse well in warm water. For a deep clean you can boil your pumice stone for five minutes and then allow it to air dry.

To use your loofah sponge, first wet with warm water to soften it. You can then apply a small amount of soap or body scrub if desired. Using a gentle but firm circular motion, scrub your body starting below your neck and working your way down to your ankles.

To apply your facial mask, form a paste by mixing one tablespoon of facial mask powder with one teaspoon of warm water. Smooth a thin layer over your face (avoiding your eyes) and allow to dry for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse off with warm water, and gently pat your face dry. Follow with your favourite facial moisturiser or serum.
