Directions
Draw a warm bath or foot spa and enjoy soaking in the soothing properties of Anoint Coconut Bath Milk. We recommend using a quarter of a bottle for a foot spa, and a quarter to half a bottle for one bath. After soaking pat your skin dry. This is the best time to apply a deeply nourishing Lotion Bar to your skin.

Coconut Oil is composed primarily of nourishing fatty acids. It has an abundance of benefits when applied to the skin and contains lauric acid which is well known for its antimicrobial, moisturising, and hormone-balancing properties.
Epsom Salts are made of the mineral Magnesium Sulfate. As well as providing the body with Magnesium, soaking in Epsom Salts can also soothe aches and pains and promote sleep.
Baking Soda(also known as sodium bicarbonate) can soothe inflamed or irritated skin and provide detoxifying benefits.
